Tax professionals
Other specialists

4. Client Responsibility

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

RDS makes no guarantees regarding:

All services are provided using best efforts, but results depend on courts, judges, and case-specific factors.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

All services are provided on a flat fee basis unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Options:

Full payment
Partial payment
Installment plans

Refund Policy:

Once work begins, fees are non-refundable
Filing fees and service fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation

7. Additional Costs

You may incur additional costs, including but not limited to:

Court filing fees
Notary fees
Service of process fees
Third-party professional fees

These are not included unless explicitly stated.

8. Case Status and Inactivity

RDS reserves the right to move a case to inactive status if:

No activity occurs for 90 days or more
Required client actions are not completed

9. Changes to Case Type

If your case becomes contested, additional services may be required.

You may need:

Attorney representation
Expanded legal services
